If install isnt perfect or not enough power to them ,the low end bass isnt the loudest but its very tight and accurate. The result is rigidity throughout the cone that delivers accurate and efficient performance. As a owner of alpine s65c components i can vouch for them a 110 they are very clear sounding, you just need to make sure that you install them properly and have quality source material. Since the CFRP material is directional, it can be manipulated during the molding process to strengthen the areas of the cone that are normally weak. On a standard, off-the-shelf oval cone, the edges are naturally weaker than the center due to the elongated shape.
